Hello, we’re from Chicago in USA, In our last consignment, we bought some of HCFS207-20 and SBFTD205-16, but when we receved the cargo, we found that part of quantity has the problem of the paint fall off from the housing, what’s the problem of it?
About the paint problem, please check when you confirm the order to your suppliers, which kind of packing way you use, if we use the bulk packing, then during transportation, the housing might knock each other, and it would cause the falling off the paint, another reason might be caused by the bearing housing suppliers, if the producer paint too thick housing, it would have this problem also, the iron material could not stick to the paint, so it’s important also to control the volumn when the housings are finally electrostatic spraying.
