GJP control our own production products strictly under ISO9001: 2015, and this quality audiation were updated every three years strictly, at this files’s guide, GJP control the quality from the material selection, material inspection, Molding tools update and selection, Casting machinary’s inspection, turning machine’s production control and turning proecss’s guidelines, heat treatment’s anneal and tempering control inspection, grinding CNC machinary’s guideline inspection and label, and the production guideline for how our bearings were put during the production(including which case we would put the quality ones, which case we would put the NG one), for the the NG one, how we would take care of these NG, we throw away or we reprocess, and how would do the inspection for semi-finished products, and how much frequency? And how we inspection for the finished products? All of the production lines, including whether we would take care of our staffs’ retire life and working hours or whether we buy the risk for our workers.
