For the Pillow Block Housing, what sizes do you put the grease nipple? And how about the set screw sizes
In GJP factory, the standard size from 201 to 207, we normally use the grease nipple size with 1/4-28UNF, for the size which is bigger than 207, we normally use 1/8-27NPT, but we have some customers that they specially need they use bigger nipple size also for small size, which they all requires 1/8-27NPT, customers need to inform us in advance in their PO, for the set screw, we on the bearing inserts, we use the metric size set screw for the metric series products, and instead we use inch type set screw for the inch type bearing units, so that customers could easily use the allen key for operating the according set screw.
